There have been multiple burglaries at one of the buildings they "manage", but yet it took forever to fix the back unlocked door, and they don't feel the need to beef up security in any way shape or form. They would rather spend their time and effort fixing something that isn't broken, such as dictating where everyone needs to park when there was nothing wrong with it in the first place.
