I have never met anyone so kind hearted and genuine! The store manager Simone was fantastic in suggesting what would suit me. She even helped me adjust the dress while trying it out. Very very happy with her taste and fashion sense!
The ladies that work here truly know how to make someone feel good. Their energy is infectious. I went in wanting work clothes and walked out with a whole new wardrobe and rented confidence in myself. Thank you!
Great selection of tops and dresses. Good deals year-round. Couple of fitting rooms available at the back of the store. Staff were polite and helpful.
Always had a good experience at all of Suzy shier locations. Their customer service is top notch. I wanted to get a dress exchanged and although they had stopped selling la chateau dresses the lady was kind enough to help me exchange it with a Suzy shier dress. The lady at the store was so kind and her service was a five star. Forgot to ask her name but I’d definitely return to this store just to buy from her.
The Cedarbrae Mall store was very neat and inviting. It was also good to hear nice reggae music playing - respresentation matters. I was there looking for a pair of black dress pants and was so happy to see that I had quite a few options. Not only did I buy a pair of pants for a under $30 but I also bought myself a coat for less than $50. Kedisha was super friendly and helpful.
