I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Suzy in Eglinton. The customer service from Kedish and Vithusha, the floor manager, was top-notch. I had so many questions about my outfit choices, and Kedish was an absolute angel, so patient and helpful with every single one. I had bad day because of one of your worker, today I called the store around 10:30 am and I told her the date I bought my purchase, and all I was asking to exchange my items, but she told me to come to the store same day, when I came to the store around 12pm, she told me it has been over 14 days for my purchase, she let me come to the store to say you can't exchange, even though I told her the date on the receipt on the phone, she could have told me that on the phone, and doesn't let me come to the store, I am not stupid to ... read more
I had an amazing experience! The staff especially Kedisha was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful in helping me pick the perfect formal dress. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Truly excellent customer service – highly recommended! Big shout out to kedisha again

I have grown up with "Golden Mile" & "Eglinton Square ", today I experienced customer service like I have never before. Unfortunately I am slightly physically challenged and require a walker, I tried on a pair of summer pants 1 size smaller than my norm I so fell in love with these pants, the customer service rep, Dashanti, went over and Beyond, her role as a representative would be required to do.
