This place has probably the worst customer service I have ever experiemced. And as you can see, all of my reviews are positive. Passive aggressive, sulking bahavior whenever online returns needs to be made in-store. I mean, as a store clerk, isnt this your job?? Head office really needs to know about these women (dayshift, full-time staff, delt with a lady in about her 50s today, I believe Jane was her name). The lady that was working on the day I entered this location at Eglinton Square was so good with me and went over and above to help me find exactly what I was looking for. This was truly a shopping experience I will NEVER FORGET!!!! She deserves a raise!!!!! And better commission!!!!
