I had an amazing experience! The staff especially Kedisha was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful in helping me pick the perfect formal dress. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Truly excellent customer service – highly recommended! Big shout out to kedisha again

I have grown up with "Golden Mile" & "Eglinton Square ", today I experienced customer service like I have never before. Unfortunately I am slightly physically challenged and require a walker, I tried on a pair of summer pants 1 size smaller than my norm I so fell in love with these pants, the customer service rep, Dashanti, went over and Beyond, her role as a representative would be required to do. This place has probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And as you can see, all of my reviews are positive. Passive aggressive, sulking behavior whenever online returns needs to be made in-store. I mean, as a store clerk, isn't this your job?? Head office really needs to know about these women (dayshift, full-time staff, dealt with a lady in about her 50s today, I believe Jane was her name). One of the worst behaviour I got from this store. Literally was insulted my baby( your baby dropped food and thousands times told me to clean). Though I cleaned but felt insulted the way sales representatives behaved.Her behaviour was very rude.Have some manner how to deal with customers.Cunningly gave me prestige card which I didn’t want cost 25 dollars for the card and after buying things their behaviour automatically changed.Never gonna visit this place again.
