Dropped my car off at 7:30 am this morning (Saturday) to get my tires changed over. Called this afternoon to check on progress as it was getting late. Has to leave a voicemail. No one called me back so I kept calling finally got someone to answer about 4. They told me their cashier had gone home for the weekend at 3 so I can't get my car until Monday. Said that someone called and left a message but there are no voicemails or missed calls on my phone.

Extremely unprofessional and unprepared to deal with service issues. My 2018 outback lost all communication with heads-up display. No back up camera, no radio, no map, no sync..... nothing. Called for repair and only then did they tell me it was a recall. Had to wait a Month and a half, 6 weeks without display, camera, radio etc for the next available appointment.
