My first experience here left me wanting.....wanting more flavor, wanting better customer service, wanting to meet the owner or owners, wanting direction from staff. Overall the food and atmosphere were good, but there was little interaction with the staff and from the time we walked in the door to cashing out we were lost. Great idea to bring to Youngstown but definitely needs some polishing on the professional side, didn't see any smiling faces. Place is great
Great food! The service is hit or miss late at night. The dinner team seems on point, but the late night wait staff seems baked sometimes. All the haters who posted they ripped off Happy Dog are from Cleveland. Thanks for putting down a great idea showing up in a building community. Happy Dogs is never going to build there and I thank Suzie's for bringing us this business. Stay in Cleveland if you're going to hate on Youngstown.
