Really good food. Fresh flavors & friendly service.
Tots are the best! Dogs are fun. Lobster Roll is mediocre at best. Cool environment. Wish they'd do something to improve the lobster rolls though... They're pulling down the 5 � rating.
Went there for my first time for lunch. Very welcoming and great food. Had a great tasting bloody Susie also. Have recommended amd will def come back .

We keep having really poor experiences here, which is unfortunate because Suzie's has so much potential. The staff is definitely the root of this problem. It's difficult to determine whether management is unwilling to pay for good staff, or if the existing staff just isn't given enough guidance, supervision or motivation to give better customer service. It would appear staff are not trained very well on the menu, nor can they effectively enter orders for the cook to prepare the food according to customer specs. I love the co... read more

Really wasn't impressed went to the Boardman location today, with my wife and daughter. Our food wasn't good at all, had one server he was nice just extremely slow, $60 for hotdogs. Never again!.
Always fun, great food ( labsta roll) and incredible bar and wait staff
Gave me wrong hot dog by the time he fixed it someone had already began eating mine they wanted to recook it but took so long getting it was late for phantom game every one that was with us had to figure out who got what food

Dogs weren't too bad. The tots were damn good. Good topping options and delish Mac & cheese. Service was painfully slow. Kitschy atmosphere.
