first the main scheduled attraction was well over an hour and a half late. to top it off when I went outside to have a drink Brothers smoke and took my drink the manager whoever he was was very rude and ignorant I dumped the drink out went to my car to finish my cigarette and he continuously was rude and made me leave the establishment. not a very professional way to handle customers and I will never return. Stopped into the boardman location this afternoon. Now given I told my girlfriend we would never step foot in there again, the food was good so we thought to give it another go. We got there around 1pm, got seated immediately. Thought to myself this is a good start! Filled out the confusing menu and waited..... and waited.... and waited.... and watched the table of EIGHT beside us get seated, and got their drink order in!
