Can NOT do repairs! After purchasing a watch from Suzannes the links broke, I returned it. They said they would fix it, but when I got the watch back, I couldn't believe it! It was being held together with wire and they broke the crystal. They wouldn't do anything else to help me! I had to go to a different jewelry store downtown to have them fix it! Don't shop here!
Been going there for years. Have three beautiful rings. bought one and had two made from three generations to hand down to my girls. Turned out fantastic and Sue actually took the time to record which diamond came from which generation. I'll never go anywhere else. They really know their stuff!!!!!!!

Unprofessional. Broke a prong on my wife's ring and refused to fix it. There's a reason you're out of business.

Dale, if we broke the prong on your wife's ring during a repair we would have fixed it. We can send out the ring to be fixed, but there will be a charge. Can you please personal message us with the date and further details.
Went here to get an estimate on having a tiny diamond replaced. They told me minimun $300 and 4-6 weeks until it was done. I then went to Rock's jewelers downtown and they only charged me $50 and it was done in 2 days. The service i had at Suzannes was terrible also, they acted like they were on some higher level than me. Sorry, but I will never bring my business to this place again :(
