This place has the worst owner/manager whatever she is ever her name is Sue. She is rude to her employees along with customers and would never recommend this facility to anyone I know. If I can’t rate a 0 I would. They need to learn better management skills and customer service skills as well.
There are no words to describe how amazing Suzanne and her team of girls are. All the girls made me feel so beautiful and were so helpful. Sarah helped me so much in the beginning stages of my dress shopping and found the most perfect dress for me. I told her what I liked it and she came out with several styles for me to choose from. To start off with when I went to go purchase my wedding dress I had a coupon for 15% off which I received at the bridal show with no stipulations on a discounted dress or full price dress I purchased a dress that was discounted and then I was told I would receive 10% off discount for any accessories in the store because I was a bride of their store now went back to buy an acessory from their store and was told that they will not honor that because I bought a discounted dress. By far the worst place to go in the entire valley! Suzanne's Bridal Boutique in Gilbert is by far the absolute worst place I have ever stepped foot in! Yes the dresses are pretty but seriously their service is worse than horrible!!! They have terrible customer service. They are by far the rudest people I have ever met. Worst Experience of My Life Do NOT buy a dress at this shop! The girl helping me out was ok at best, but the real issue is this store tricks you by ordering you dresses that are too big and then convincing you that you need tons of alterations and charging you for those alterations to make the bill even bigger. Could have been better I thought the staff was great and the customer service and attentiveness was awesome until AFTER I had purchased my dress. All sales are final and once they know you're trapped they don't care about their service anymore. I told them I would pay the balance of my dress at my fitting and scheduled an appointment but they still proceeded to call me everyday or so to remind me about it. Poor Service and DIRTY!!!!! Do not waste your time visiting this bridal store. To start, the service was awful! I can only describe it as ??self serve?. The very young person helping me with my dress said about 2 words during the entire process. After I had selected dresses that I wanted to try on, she simply showed me to my room and left. My mother helped me in and out of the gowns (thank goodness she was with me). TERRIBLE SERVICE I had a horrendous experience with this "business". I expressed my concerns to Suzanne about my wedding dress being too tight a week before my wedding. She said it would be fine however; the BIG day arrived and as I was zipping up my dress before the reception the zipper came off the train and ripped all down the back. Dental floss was the only thing I could use to keep the seam shut because it was so tight fitting.
