After waiting 3.5 months for an appt with Dr. Weber, I was notified via text message the morning of my appt (just 2 hrs before my appt) that Dr. Weber was out sick. Ok, that’s understandable. The text message went on to state that they would contact me to get me rescheduled. Never happened. I waited months and took work off for that appt and yet they didn’t have the decency to call me and inform me she was out sick and get me rescheduled or offer to get me in with another provider.
