I am very disappointed in Suzanne. We had a confirmed appointment with her. We showed up on time . I rang the doorbell , 3 times, phoned, and emailed her as I am at her front door.If course she would not know how much effort it required for my brother to get there. He has mobility and breathing difficulties and it is hard for him to get around. But HE showed up. She didn’t even have the courtesy to respond.
