THE WORST! Came in for a consultation and had a procedure scheduled for 3 weeks ahead. I called on the day of the procedure to confirm my appointment (since they never called) only to find out that I do not have an appointment scheduled! I have spoken to the receptionist, the office manager, and the doctor and they were all incompetent. Not taking any responsibility or accountability for their mistake. She is a superb doctor. Excellent diagnostician, identified and biopsied several squamous and basal cell cancers. Kind, warm and friendly manner. Efficient and intelligent. I have had a number of dermatologists over the years and she is simply outstanding.
