I bought a plant online from this store, and when it got delivered I saw that the leaves had clearly suffered from a pest infestation. The entire plant was affected. I reached out to Suzanne with pictures and to ask how to care for the plant, and she was really curt. I hadn't asked to return the plant, only for more information on treatment since it's hard to identify what type of pests. I hired them for my wedding. I only need wrist corsages and boutineires for my wedding. The bouts were good but the corsages fell apart. I've worked with flowers for years and now how to look after them (they were refrigerated etc) but when the metal wrist bands were sqeezed for sizing, the flowers fell off.
