Unprofessional, Bad Customer Services! The office ran a promotion in July in which if purchased SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum they would give Skinmedica Illuminize Peel at no additional cost. I contacted them on Instagram to ask for more details whether I had to do the treatment in the month of July to get the deal or if I could schedule at a later date. I had filler and Botox injected by Marcela Ramirez today. I definitely recommend her. I love the results!! She is amazing, staff is awesome.
From the moment I made my first appointment, I knew i would be in the right place unlike my previous experience at another clinic! Everyone is very caring, thoughtful and very helpful. I recently visited Marcela Ramirez, MSN FNP-C at Suzanne Bruce & Associates for Botox and Filler. My entire visit from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the practice was exceptional. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and treated me with care. The procedure was very easy, pain and bruise free! I am in love with my results! I will definitely be back to see Marcela again. She is simply amazing and knew exactly what I needed and wanted without me having to explain. I definitely recommend it.
