Mi bebe ya casi va para el año y siempre han sido realmente amables incluso cuando lo he tenido que llevar sin citas. Me encanta la Dra Leidy y el equipo en general hacen buen trabajo.
I called for the first-time to switch my daughters pediatrician and i dailed the receptionist line, the lady who spoke to me instantly cut me off, she did not let me explain why i am switching pediatricians. She did not have much interest in making an appointment, she cut me off and gave me instructions to call insurance and add provider without even making an appointment! She was rude and not interested in attending the phone. Terrible front end service.

Bad service, they managed to forget my wife in the waiting room, and they even informed the reception that she had left! We stayed TWO HOURS for a 20 minute service! My name is Raphael and I'm really disappointed!
