Very poor customer service. Instead of having a PA assist her with patients, she requires you to wait 1 to 4 hours in a crowded waiting room before being seen which is absurd. Comes across as doing you a favor when asked to acknowledge Americans with disabilities Act. Way too long and far-out wait times to get an appointment. I have a very painful & itchy skin condition that she continues to disregard without providing any topical ointment or any other medications for critical relief. Dr. Patt is a scam, I was billed for $4,300 for services I would have never had done. Dr. Patt and her assistant Sarah told me my insurance PPO was covering all my procedures. I was billed a year and half later. Never will I recommend her unethical services
