Is the office open, attempted multiple times to pick up glasses and prescription. Yes, I was there during posted business hours.
2 months and still NO glasses after going back to the office last Friday and explaining to the DR what needed to be done to our glasses so they could finally be sent to the lab. Guess he forgot that he told us two weeks before that he was going to send them to the lab at that time...... I called for an update and was told that the DR is still working on our glasses. HOW CAN HE BE WORKING ON THEM IF THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GO TO THE LAB A WEEK AGO?????? THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS for $1200.00 worth of glasses.... NEVER AGAIN
Took my 10 year old son here for his annual check-up, No waiting and the staff was helpful and friendly. Dr. Reddy took his time with my son and explained things thoroughly. This was our first visit here and was a great experience!
If I can give zero stars I would. I came here for a second opinion, so was paying out of pocket. Off the bat I told the staff that my 5 year old would not do well with dilation for an eye exam. They insisted that she have it done. Nevertheless, putting the anaesthetic drops was traumatic enough, the staff nor Reddy are equipped or trained enough to calm an upset child. In fact, Reddy told me he was cutting into their lunch time! He wanted me to hold my child down and that she was being hysterical. I am paying for a service, ... read more
