I have always been athletic. I was a competitive gymnast for 7 years and then was a cheerleader in college for 3 years. I played softball, basketball and ran track in high school. I loved water skiing with my family in the summers growing up. I was also a gymnastics coach in my younger adult years. All of this to say my body loves to move and be fit.
