The dental office is very clean & well decorated. The office staff are friendly, accommodating & knowledgable. Dr. Erin Pickwick is very thorough & patient with all my questions. Her dental assistant is caring and explains what she's doing. Cindy who handles billing & insurance seems genuinely helpful in explaining how it works. I'm very satisfied considering its my initial visit. Hopefully it will always be a pleasant experience in my future visits.
I hated my old dentist and avoided going at all costs!! However, I LOVE Suwannee Family Dentistry! They are wonderful and have been very happy with them for the past 8 years!!
Dr. Heil & Co. is the only "Doctor's Office" I have ever gone to that has you walking out of the waiting room into a chair at the time of your appointment. This is unheardof. I travel nearly an hour one-way for this great service.

The staff at Suwanee Family Dentistry provides exceptional customer service from check-in to check out. The dental hygienist was very thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. My dentist took her time to explain everything she was going to do and answered all of my questions. I would gladly recommend Suwanee Family Dentistry to anyone.
I am in love with this office and the staff is top notch! My initial office consultation was so in depth, speaking one on one with the dentist was a first for me! All of my concerns were addressed, everything was handled so efficiently...I am very impressed! I will be referring my family and friends to this office.
