So upfront, I will tell you what I told them when I first visited there. I don't like dentist digging up in my mouth. I don't like the long waits or the smells emanating from various devices. I don't like the pain of needles either and folks jacking my mouth up for various procedures. My visit at Suwanee Family Dentistry is always pleasant. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Sterns is always patient with me when I have questions and Beth is the best hygienist ever.
I love this practice. I used to hate going to the dentist. While it's still not my favorite thing to do, I don't dread it anymore. Dr. Starnes and especially my hygienist, Melissa, are fantastic. From the beginning, they took the time to listen to me and hear my fears and concerns and they do everything in their power to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Is it weird to say that I LOVE my dentist and the entire staff? I called yesterday with a toothache and Dr. HERRINGTON made time for me this morning. Tiffany, Cindy and the entire staff are so caring, friendly and like family! if you're not coming to Suwanee Family Dentistry you SHOULD!
Yesterday I had my teeth cleaned, old crown removed, cavity repaired, and prepped for a new crown. I expected some discomfort as the day went on. But, yippee, none then or today! Great work folks!
Dr. Starnes is an awesome dentist. She truly cares about her patients and what's best for them. Her assistant Erica does a great job too. They are a great team. Melissa who cleans my teeth always does a great job and she is always smiling and happy. Cindy and the girls at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. Suwanee Family Dentistry takes excellent care of my family's dental needs!!
Staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They always listen to concerns, and are detailed in their exams and procedures. Best dentist and staff EVER!
