The dealer was great and upfront with the issues that the 2010 Mini Cooper I was looking at had (he had just replaced the O2 sensor along with a leaking gasket) and assured me that it would pass emissions and that the check engine light was out. All of this was true as it had completed a drive cycle when I went to see it and since owning it I have had no problems.
