This company's drivers are rude, incompetent, they litter on and in around their stops. Some of their drivers are on the Shadyside, watch them closely if you don't want your stuff missing. There call center is full of arrogant people who are short with you, and hang up on you. There's drivers that will shake your hand and smile, and fart on your desk when your not looking. Plain and simple, not a trust worthy company.
Sutton Freight is terrible. They lost my freight which was shipping from one location in WI to another location in WI. How can anyone do that. And it took 3 days to lose it. Very frustrating. Poor communication. Don't use them if you want a timely delivery. Plus they don't even desire one star rating but I have to do it so I can post it.
