Bad Boy MZ Magnum Tim showed me the mowers, answered my questions, explained the pros and cons for various models. He is knowledgeable, honest, and flat out refuses to sell subpar machines. “They offer 3 engines, we hated 2 of them, so we only sell one.” NO PUSHY SALES TACTICS. I left and looked at several other brands and the Bad Boy is the best built in my desired price range. I had good experiences before with them. They helped me when the John Deere store in Owasso didn't. This time they were behind on getting us our mower, not communicative about it, and they weren't open on Saturday as posted (after I drove 35 mins over). Even when I spoke with them there was no apology or even a discount because of the inconvenience. We won't be doing business with them again. Unfortunate.
