This is a 2 star apartment building. They have done some nice cosmetic fixes on the place and have a great roof top pool, gym, staff and keep the building very clean, however... people live in their units which are EXTREMELY LOUD. The walls and ceiling are paper thin. Every resident I have spoken to complains of this. To make matters worse, the building, for whatever reason put "tile floors" in all the hallways so you hear people talking, laughing and walking from down the other end due to the echo. Sutton Place is the best building I have ever lived in! The staff in the office Chelsea and Chan are super lovely and helpful and always very quick to respond. They made my whole experience moving in very easy. The maintenance man Jesus is wonderful and has always cheerfully helped with with things I needed fixed. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi/bbq area is AMAAAZING! Panoramic views of the city and Hollywood hills.
