I've only lived here for a few months now but I really enjoy the location, people and my apartment.
As a long time resident at Sutton Place, I’m grateful for all that it has provided and I thought it only fair to share some words of appreciation. Sutton Place is a well managed and maintained community, providing a wide range of amenities in a great location. Placed a few blocks below Runyon Canyon, with easy walkability to the heart of Hollywood, it offers a great urban home base. Their systems are slow I’ve been overcharged multiple times. They went to shut after Chelsea and Chan left. They won’t change out the same broken laundry machines that break and over charge, the laundry machines suck and they refuse to change them out. Also, their payment systems causes late payments for you 🫠
This is a 2 star apartment building. They have done some nice cosmetic fixes on the place and have a great roof top pool, gym, staff and keep the building very clean, however... people live in their units which are EXTREMELY LOUD. The walls and ceiling are paper thin. Every resident I have spoken to complains of this. To make matters worse, the building, for whatever reason put "tile floors" in all the hallways so you hear people talking, laughing and walking from down the other end due to the echo.
