Sutton Place is the best building I have ever lived in! The staff in the office Chelsea and Chan are super lovely and helpful and always very quick to respond. They made my whole experience moving in very easy. The maintenance man Jesus is wonderful and has always cheerfully helped with with things I needed fixed. The rooftop pool/jacuzzi/bbq area is AMAAAZING! Panoramic views of the city and Hollywood hills. I've been living in this complex for over a year now and the staff is simply AMAZING. Friendly staff and communication is great updating us with new construction, jacuzzi and sauna fixes. Only time I had an issue was with my power that went out, emailed management and they responded within the hour. They took care of it the same day and explained to me what happened. Thank you Chelsea, Minhchanh, and Jesus!
I've been here for just over a year and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The entire building has recently undergone renovations, which took place within the last five months. As much as I am looking forward to the new facelift the complex will receive, we tenants have been left in the dark when it comes to information and construction timelines. Most recently, leasing has sent an email to tenants stating our unit doors will have to be left open so that the painting staff may paint our front doors. Working from home is n... read more
