There is nothing nice I can say about this place right now.
The absolute worst on planet earth. Poorly cared for old and outdated property. The draw is the big floor plan and greatness their sales people present. Do not be deceived none of your issues will be addressed until the 6th request. No exaggeration. Even then it will be half done, not done at all or still not correct. Over it. Save yourself the drama and live elsewhere!
My husband, my daughter and I moved here in July 2011. We have been totally satisfied with the interaction between the workers in the office, as well as the maintenance Dept. All request are timely and the work is done in a quality manner. My 7 neighbors in my building are THE BEST, I credit that to the fact that we are courteous and respectful to one another! Definitely would recommend a family/friend to live here.
