Olga was great! The move-in process was smooth and easy!
I am so grateful for Olga and Pedro. They have been here for years and at this point should own the location. Olga listens and cares. Olga does everything in her power to make sure we feel seen and understood, she accommodates and she always goes above and beyond. Olga is really changing this place and Pedro is always the miracle tool she uses. This complex should be proud to have them there. She is changing the look of this place after the frost and it looks so good! My daughter made me review because she is tired of hearing me compliment without having the world know hahha.
I’ve had a great experience living here. The place is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. One of the best parts of living here is how friendly and welcoming the neighbors are. I also want to give special recognition to Ms. Olga. She is professional, kind, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Her communication is clear, and she makes the leasing process smooth and stress-free.
Mrs. Olga is the best thing that could have happen to us moving to Lakeland for the first time. She made everything so easy and very understanding moving into our new apartment and we love where we are. We have been here a year long and We definitely plan on staying here as long as we possibly can and have her as our property manager.she brings such a place of home and professionalism at the same time. We are all blessed to have her.
