Olga (Community Manager) is one of the nicest people I know. She's nice, kind, and very professional. When I needed workorders done in my apartment Olga made sure that the requests were handled in an appropriate timeframe. They were always completed within 24 hours. The maintenance team is an asset to the property as well. They are efficient and courteous when they enter your apartment. I really can't say enough good things about Olga and her staff. Thanks for having me as a resident. You Rock!!

My partner and I moved in the apartments last December and we absolutely love it here ! Olga is amazing everyday and provides excellent professionalism. Pedro comes and works on the apartment as soon as there is an issue and we are very thankful for both of them. Very quiet neighborhood and would highly recommend this place :)

Terrible management. Olga, the manager intentionally sent my renewal late so I wouldnt have any options to look elsewhere. The only reason I didnt have any other issues over the years is because I can tolerate more. My engineers, AI and I have landed at the same number. She sent the renewal 65 days before the lease ends, but then they demand 60 days written notice? Make it make sense. She kept saying "it's coming it's coming".
