Absolute slum lord she is a fu”””” joke steals rent and deposits from tenants puts in bogus rent help applications the whole place is a joke don’t ever rent from her or take your family there I swear to god you’ll regret it. If there was a no star button I’d press it 60 times that’s how much the place is a disaster
Rent is inexpensive for a reason.. u won't get your deposit back I left apartment in better condition than when I moved in told the management who was there at the time I looking to move and will be out due to safety reasons gave letter stating new address to send deposit to owner told me I'm not getting deposit back even tho someone moved into my apartment within 2 weeks I would use caution moving into sutton place
Ahhh, I have absolutely loved living here, I wish the building had 2 or 3 bedrooms units as well & didn’t have to move. It’s CLEAN & AFFORDABLE for sure. Nancy is by far the kindest, warm hearted & caring landlord I’ve ever had. I’m grateful to her & Luke for many things. A great thank you from all of us! Faysal, Kamila -Amal Hashi
