I lived here for two years back when it was still Sutton Place. Since the management company changed, this has become one of the best apartments near MICA. The building has a large swimming pool and a brand-new gym, and the staff are very friendly, especially toward MICA students. Mr. Larry deserves special praise — he’s one of the kindest people I’ve met. DO NOT RENT HERE. I was looking into renting an apartment here and I would not recommend it to ANYONE. For starters, I was touring a unit and was referred by a family member who currently lives here who has said positive things about the view, space, amenities, etc. After the tour, I wanted to visit my family and was yelled at by the “supervisor” of maintenance, Mike. My first day living at RMV I was struggling to figure out where everything in the building was and how everything worked. Luckily the help of Mr. Larry, Ms. Cezanne, Mike, Mike, and Frank really helped to make my move seamless. The customer service was really unmatched and I really felt like I was home. Thank you to the team for making my welcome memorable!
