There was a mouse last week and the team member told us they will help me out next week(?) . This was ridiculous already, but pest control guys didn’t even come to my unit(still mystery) when they promised and I’m waiting again. (A staff told me I have to wait for another week!) Renew is showing off themselves as very professional, but everything is…haha! If you’re going to make a contract with this apartment, make sure if here is the best option for you in this Baltimore.
If I could give zero stars, I would !!!!!!!!!!!!! My experience living here has been extremely disappointing from the day I moved in May 1st,2026. Rodent activity was an ongoing issue, and despite pest control visits, I saw little to no improvement. At times, it felt like the mice were more established in the community than the residents.Maintenance requests often took far longer than I considered reasonable, and getting updates or meaningful solutions was frustrating.
