Finally after almost 4 months after buying a boat from Sutton Marine in Aiken I've got the title. I will never spend another penny at that store again. They told me they had to transfer the title and would send it to me by mail. I called (got hung up on twice) and went up there multiple times to find out where my title was and every time they told me DNR had it. They have done a great job on my boat. I have taken my boat to them several times but time always tell. They say what they are going to do and they figure it out. It takes time to fix a motor not in 123 or 4 hrs. I have a 22.5 pro line w/200 mercury big boat haha not a toy. He has a job just like everyone else....thanks Ed
They worked on my boat in March and after I got it back it was not right. I took it out only twice and there was a problem with the carburetor after they worked on it and supposedly installed a new kit and fuel lines. When I took it back to them two weeks ago they gave me the run around about when it would be ready so I went and picked it up today. The guy behind the counter lied to my face and said they did not put in a new kit but they just cleaned the carburetor. I asked then why did you charge me 300 dollars???!!! And he... read more
I brought my boat in over weeks ago for an issue with it not going in forward. I was told that they would get to it in a week, so I called back then. Now starts the runaround. I spoke to the lady there who said that they hadn't got to it yet. Then I call later in the week and I spkoe to a guy who said they would try to find me another part rather than rebuild it so I could save money and they woiuld call me back..
