As an owner of a property in Colonial Village in Methuen, I can say that this is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of doing any kind of business with. They hire contractors to do shoddy exterior work on our homes, they don't fix things in a timely manner, and the owner, Rick, is completely unprofessional and generally a poor excuse of a human being. I, and other owners, want them gone.
