I 100% recommend Sutton in home senior care. When we needed some in home care, I called Sutton and Brooke did a home visit the next day and we started services soon thereafter. The Caregivers, Kay and Helen were wonderful! Julie who works in the office is also very helpful and wonderful to work with. They were able to accommodate any schedule changes that we needed. They even assisted with the LTC claim when we had some trouble with the insurance company. This company will take very good care of you and your loved ones!
Sutton In-Home Senior Care is by far, hands down The Best Company I have ever worked for. Brooke and her staff never cease to amaze me! I am so blessed and honored to be one of her caregivers!! We had absolutly no issues with Sutton Home until we asked one of their caretakers to not sing religious songs or "preach" in our home. We are not a Christan home and this is her work place and our private residance. Suddenly, one of the two caregivers was "uncomfortable" coming to our home. Why you ask? According to her, she didn't like being around guns, which we have. The odd part is, SHE asked to see the gun, she asked handle the gun and even thanked me for showing her how they work.
