Horrible experience, they couldn’t help my daughter and I with anything. They referred us for everything. The Doctor was very rude and disrespectful and should not be practicing dentistry if he does not care about giving quality care. Lazy and neglectful the rest of the staff was amazing and I could tell the way he treats people makes staff feel awkward and uncomfortable as well.
Fui sin dolor a una limpieza y dentista nunca hiso limpieza y realizo una curacion y desde esa vez tengo dolor y no puedo tomar agua fria ya son 4 veces k viajo desde new London a Hartford por esa muela ayer fui y solo receto antiflamatorio y antibiotico k no Ayudara en nada ya k hay un hueco en una de los lados de la muela y me dijo va sacar la muela ya tengo miedo regresar a ese lugar Sutton dental Hartford
Horrible experience got my tooth taken out yesterday and it was the worse experince. The secretary was nice but the rest were very rude i had to get numb 5 times and i still felt it.... When they were done they told me to leave and wait in the waiting room so they can get my paper work together i only received and appointment to come back but not for what they did to me...
