First thing I want to say is that I made an appointment in the day of that appointment. I found out they canceled my appointment. They said that they called but only called I got was to confirm my appointment. The people in the Hartford office are nice but the issue is there call center.you can't call them directly and to confirm an appointment makes no sense.tjeu text you that you have an appointment coming up but gives you no date or time and they double book you for services you don't need
