Diane, in charge of coordinating between the customer and the team was amazingly attentive and considerate of my time constraints and needs. I needed to fix an existing wall to wall and Pong and Dave were great, pleasant professional installers. I would definitely use this company the next time I need to replace a carpet.

I found Sutton Carpet through the HomeAdvisor website. I sent a message asking for someone from the company to call regarding a carpet repair project. I received a call from Diane (wonderful individua) within 30 minutes. I sent her a picture of the area that needed repair, and she sent me a quote shortly after. The work was done as promised, and done superbly! I would definitely recommend Sutton Carpet and will use them again for future projects.

Diane was so kind and helpful. She and the workers that came in to install the carpets and some vinyl tiles were very professional. We had very narrow time slot where we could have the installation done, and they were able to successfully complete the work during that time.
