Happy return customer here. My rugs were handled and cleaned well, and their delivery and pick-up was easy. The office is a little loose with dates and paperwork, but I I think that is reflected in their reasonable pricing. Thank you, Diane
Was called very quickly after putting in the request for a carpet cleaner by Diane who runs the business. She answered all my questions thoroughly, and we immediately booked an appointment. The technician came on time, knew what he was doing, and I� m very pleased with the results. No First, no muss!

I highly recommend Sutton Carpet Cleaners. The appointment was easy to schedule and they showed up on time. They removed the big stain and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. What more can I say?
Diane at Sutton was so helpful and understanding. A house guest accidentally pored coffee all over my living room chair and rug this past weekend. On Sunday, we are hosting a Super Bowl party and coffee stains is not the look we wanted to present to our guests. In addition, we had a mix up with the doorman and entry to our apartment so Diane had Tom come back another day and complete the job before our party.
