They never came on time, they ruined 2 of my white upholstered chairs, and the areas in the carpet that were white, came out brown. They did not offer any type of reimbursement and they offered a discount but did followthrough

At the time the rug was picked up the husband was informed the rug had mold on it, and we would do the best we could. The furniture was cleaned by the same procedures we always follow. All cleaners are certified and well trained They have been with me for over 20 years Several days later customer called about brown staining. We returned to redo Client was happy. They were quick to respond, but delayed returning our items and completing the work. They got the sofas pretty clean, but did not remove any of the stains at all, which is primarily what I hired them.

Tracy we tried diligently to remove the stains but not everything can be successfully removed. I am sorry you were not happy, but we always strive to do our very best. However, our technicians know when to stop cleaning to not damage the fabric.
