Diane is very nice and accommodating when possible. The carpet repair person was very nice and understanding of the job. I have an incontinent kitty. He had to remove part of a rug. Smelly messy job. But he understood and was empathetic being an animal lover. After removal the area was cleaned and the trash neatly wrapped and put in a bag. I did not have to do a thing after he was done. This is a reliable service run by a nice lady who answers the phone herself and always leaves a number for contact. I am grateful to Home Ad... read more

Excellent Service! My white carpets were in really bad shape and now they look like new! I didn't believe they could come out so nice. The two gentlemen who came to my house were meticulous, worked VERY hard and took their time to do a great job. I highly recommend Sutton Carpet to any one who wants the right job done!
