I have never interacted with a more terrible company than Sutton Brothers. They schedule appointments when they aren't open and working, they don't show up, and then they don't have any availability to reschedule appointments they miss. And when they do show up it's an hour or more outside of the time range they provided. They are so bad I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I wish I'd never signed a maintenance agreement with them.

Wanted to give more stars! We had an emergency sink/tub clog a few hours before the house was about to fill with holiday family, turkey in the oven! Michael from Sutton Bros. Came out- was friendly, super respectful of our home and explained everything thoroughly, nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Got us back on track, completely cleaned up the mess and a great time was had by all at the holiday dinner! Props to Sutton Bros. for being represented by Michael in the very best way.

Sutton Brothers Heating, Cooling, Plumbing are awesome. Issac and Taylor took care of our plumbing problem today. Just in time for Thanksgiving. You won't be disappointed with this company.

I've used them twice now to replace both of my units and both times they have been amazing. The sales rep Ian is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Spencer put in my unit today and was very informative on teaching me all the cool settings on the new thermostat. Highly recommend this company!
