Matthew was here today to provide the semi-annual maintenance to the HVAC system and to troubleshoot a problem we were having with the thermostats. He cleaned the compressor unit inside and out, which had collected a pile of leaves. Matthew also flushed the drain line and installed a new filter. He also checked the dampers in the crawl space to confirm they were operating correctly. Matthew is professional, friendly, and very thorough. Thank you, Matthew!
