Edit: The work was done under the name Matthew Jackson. I think the experience would have been fine if we didn’t need any follow-up customer service. Customer service is severely lacking. We could not get somebody to call us back after questions/concerns about our new HVAC unit purchased from Sutton Brothers. Here’s a timeline of the end of our experience.
