Jake and Jamie did a great job on our water heater replacement. Communicated the service time well, showed up when they were supposed to and the job took the length of time it was supposed to. This was not an easy job for them, but they nailed it. Took the extra time to pipe it in copper and make it look really nice.

Jacob did a phenomenal job replacing our water heater with the help of his co-worker, Lee. Jacob came out to our home after hours after we discovered our water heater was leaking all over our garage. Sutton Bros (and Jacob) was the only company to actually get back to us, offering true “24 hour” services and not just AI bots or message centers. He came right out to our home at almost midnight. Unfortunately, they didn’t offer any solution to my problem. They just came to tell me what I already knew. The technician was very friendly and very good at identifying the problem, but he wasn’t familiar with the unit because, in his words, it’s a budget-friendly brand. He told me he’d look into it and send me a quote via text, but it’s been a week now.
