Sutton Bros We recently had the pleasure of working with two of your employees, Spencer Dowdle, and Johnathan Matiaf who did an excellent job of installing our new HVAC system under extremely hot and humid weather conditions. While both employees performed in an efficient and professional manner. Cleaned water heater and inspected plumbing. Service tech was very thorough and answered all my many questions. He even took extra time to repair a faucet issue not covered under the normal servicing. Sutton has built the trust needed for me to use them moving forward.
Hidden fees that I was not told about, just the inspection of the damage and a repair plan write up (no labor done) was $300. I was quoted over the phone $89 for a service fee - okay no big deal. However it was more than triple the cost when I was ready to hand my payment card over. They had two options to get started - go through a finance company, or put half down (which would have been $3k) for our needed repairs.
