Hunter from Sutton Brothers did a great job fixing issues with my air conditioner. He also did a great job of teaching and explaining techniques to help keep the system in good shape with a few simple suggestions. I was very thankful for his ideas which will help keep my home cool during the summer. I highly recommend Hunter and Sutton Brothers.
I had an appointment confirmed a day ahead of time and then I called the day of the appointment and they told me they would not be able to come out. I took off work because I expected them to honor their commitment to my appointment.

We had our tune up for the AC last Tuesday and we have not used AC since Friday, but when we start using it, it worked a little but then it stopped. Up to now they have not come back to see the issue, and we are in severe heat during this "summer" weather. We have a senior and a kid in this house. This is a very unpleasant service for the first time customer like us.
