Being able to change and adjust the rating is why 4 stars; I am still in works with them, and Guy is doing very well for us. He has been informative and seems to be working with us at a pace dictated by our current situation which is neither bolstering or hindering. The boasted go getter attitude and the ratings by other gives me hope for a wonderful transaction and working situation with this firm.
I contacted one of their agents Dylan fletcher and asked if she would be willing to represent me to present an offer to purchase a piece of land near Kirkland lake. I sent her the listing with my phone number for any further information required. She asked what lender I’m using. I then said I’m paying it in cash / through certified cheque. After several attempts to contact this company with no reply from them re a MLS listing in Cobalt, Ontario i felt the need to post a review. They have a posting of a home in Cobalt, Ontario on the MLS (even though they are in Sudbury Ontario, 2h 45m away) that list the house as "all brick" clearly it is NOT, my guess is that they were never at the property prior to listing.
