Love this complex! The manager Lori is very caring, friendly and made the experience of applying fantastic. The day I moved in the apartment was clean as can be and I'm very picky. Freshly painted, rugs looked great and I enjoyed the new designer counters.

Sutton has the most unfriendly Management ever. The woman who is on normal weekdays in the office is downright unfriendly and often mean. If you come to bring them the check for rent she gives an impossibly fake smile but otherwise she won't do anything to help you. Most tenants try to avoid her. The buildings are poor and some are beyond repair but they will rent them out anyway. Especially poor is the pest control, ants all over the place during the summer.
