Do not recommend this location unless you have met your deductible for the year. They have charged me $550 per each 30-40 minutes visit, which is ridiculously high (i've done PT at other locations where they charge $100-150 at most per visit). Why does a physical therapy cost almost $1000 per hour is a mystery to me. The PT itself is decent, so if you have met you deductible it might be an ok option
They do not accept walk-in. The name is misleading.
Provider I've seen was really nice but the lady who picked up the phone at the front desk for scheduling was very rude, yelling at patients, being ignorant hung up the phone suddenly. I wanted to speak with manager or someone who knows the details of my mis-prescription. But, she kept saying pay another ~300 bucks to visit again in order to speak with them and she won't help you.
Is this listing accurate ? The location may be permanently closed. The hours on the door say 11am to 7pm. Went on a Wednesday at 11:30am, and everything was shut, door locked, nobody inside, lights turned off, and a homeless person sleeping in front.
