If possible I would give negative stars. I am ill. Because my phone call was not answered by anyone at Sutter Walk-In, Oakland, and the facility was only a few miles away, I decided to drive over and drop in. The receptionist was generally condescending and rude, but at first she offered me an appointment, which I accepted, adding that she was about to go to lunch and I would have to go away and come back. When I arrived at the right time, I was immediately taking the usual appropriate steps. The nurse quickly identified my problem and proceeded to tell me what medicine was needed and how it should be used. I got the medicine quickly and have been recovering quickly.
Staff was really nice and was helped immediately upon my arrival.
