Provider I've seen was really nice but the lady who picked up the phone at the front desk for scheduling was very rude, yelling at patients, being ignorant hung up the phone suddenly. I wanted to speak with manager or someone who knows the details of my mis-prescription. But, she kept saying pay another ~300 bucks to visit again in order to speak with them and she won't help you.
Is this listing accurate ? The location may be permanently closed. The hours on the door say 11am to 7pm. Went on a Wednesday at 11:30am, and everything was shut, door locked, nobody inside, lights turned off, and a homeless person sleeping in front.

Fast and convenient
Easy to book an appointment. NP/PA attends you. They are late by ~20 mins. However, once they are with you, they do a good job assessing your sickness. Plenty of parking spots - this is located in a strip mall.
