Quiet lobby. Fast and efficient service. Given the chaos and inability of walk-in locations in Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa to get someone seen; I was truly amazed.
It’s not walk in care, you need an appointment.
Don’t waste your time going there. I went there for bronchitis, front staff tried to get me to go home and come back in an hour even though there was only one other patient there. It says walk in out front! The PA said she wasn’t going to give me anything for bronchitis. I asked for an advair inhaler which always work for me. She was obstinate and said lungs were clear but go get a chest xray. Why? Why no RX? I had to wait 4 more days and got an appointment my PCP.
