Went in for congestion. No appointment. 15 minutes later, out the door with a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Wow, do I feel fortunate!
I arrived at Urgent Care with a severe hearing loss in one ear. I was seen, after a short wait, by Dr. Erica Brown. After a brief examination she quickly diagnosed my condition, irrigated my ears and restored my hearing. Everyone I encountered at Urgent Care, from the receptionist to the medical assistants to Dr. Brown, was highly competent and highly professional.
I was seen quickly and Dr. Dawn Faber was amazing! She took the time to truly listen to my symptoms, she did a thorough exam, explained her diagnosis and treatment plan.
