Everyone at the e urgent care in airway was fantastic. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable with my situation and everyone was kind and respectful. They were professional and helpful.

I was quickly checked in here. I had been here before, so my records were readily available. I spent 5 or 10 minutes in the lobby, waiting to be taken back to the exam room. I had injured my foot the day before, and was concerned it may have a fracture. Vitals were taken quickly and expertly. The nurse listened to me and was friendly. It was another 5 or 10 minutes before Dr. Shawn Franklin came in to see me. He quickly determined that an x-ray was needed, and immediately ordered one for me. I highly recommend Sutter Urgent Care in Santa Rosa. I was in & out of there in 30 minutes for a dental abscess on a Friday afternoon. They sent a prescription to my pharmacy & made sure it was received before giving me my paperwork & sending me on my way. It was imperative that I be seen right away as I've had both hips replaced. My dentist office couldn't see me for 12 days!
