urgent care visit went very smoothly. Short wait time, polite knowldgable staff
Was seen for post-surgical wound and skin care. The doctor clearly explained several considerations involved in making decisions about care, ensuring we understood everthing.
Excels in every way. Use On My Way & was seen in less than 10 minutes by an outstanding proficient DO( Shelia Kahn) who has great listening skills! All staff provided attentive care.
I visited Sutter on August 2024 and after my visit was told I could leave and that no further action was required from me. 8 months later I received an email from USCB telling me that they were collecting on a debt from Sutter. Turns out, I had a $20 copay left that wasn't paid. Sutter made no attempt to reach out to me over it, I received no emails, calls, etc. and instead opted to close the account and send it to collections.
