I have been a Sutter patient for over 20 years. I was very pleased when they opened an urgent care center in Elk Grove. Prior to covid, it was operated on more or less a first come first seen basis, with a triage process that allowed for sever injuries and illnesses to jump the line long enough to ensure they didnt need to be seen right away or sent to the ER.
