It was OK. Rushed us out and the food was OK. Just OK
Last night we went to Sutter Street Grill to celebrate the Holidays. We had some of the worst rib eye meat ever. It was sour and smelled. Although we were happy to have the manager personally come over to apologize, we were disappointed the personnel did not correct an obvious bad smelling meat before serving us. And equally disappointed they did not comp the whole meal based on our experience. We three that tasted the spoiled meat only can hope we don’t fall ill! This is truly a great American steakhouse. The food was outstanding, prepared to perfection. The service was proactive without being pushy. A must-dine in the Sierra Foothills.
We absolutely love this place. Whether it’s getting a reservation in the dining room or just sitting at the bar, the staff is always friendly and consistent and the food is amazing!
