If you don’t want to see employees talk to like crap i would stay clear of this place . I Went to visit my grandmother who was admitted to the fourth floor a couple months back . While there I witnessed a female employee yelled at by a shorter Indian male , Who may have been a supervisor . He was not dressed In regular nursing attire, just slacks and a pullover vest like sweater so I assumes he’s a manager . I absolutely felt bad for the young lady . As there wasn’t much I could do . I normally have had wonderful experiences with Sutter, and excellent care. I find that most of the staff are awesome, and truly care about their patience. Well, this all changed last week when I had a horrific experience with this man, Dr M, someone that was designated to provide care for me, a person who took a vow not to harm. I was exercising my right as a patient to refuse a medical. I had many reasons for refusal. He attempted to intimidate me, and was very dubious about my well documented medical issue.
