I’ve been coming here for years being treated for my disease Sickle Cell Anemia with fluids and medication for pain management and had no issues until a couple of months ago where I use to be able to get scheduled for the week and now I have to call to set up an appointment and that’s if the phone gets picked up or they have the nurses or too many people scheduled to get a appointment. I'M USING ALL CAPITALS BECAUSE THAT IS THE WAY I FEEL SUTTER SOLANO ONCOLOGY DEPARTMENT FROM DOCTOR LIM TO THE SECURITY GUARDS. THESE ARE SOME OF THE BEST HUMANS YOU COULD EVER BE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO KNOW, PERIOD, NOT JUST MEDICALLY. WHEN I AM JUST FEELING DOWN I CALL JUST FOR THE CHEERFUL VOICES FROM MY SWEETHEARTS AT THE FRONT DESK. FROM A-Z YOU WILL ALWAYS FEEL LOVED AT SUTTER SOLANO ONCOLOGY

The doctors are great and generous ! completely satisfied with them but staff at front desk tend to have an ugly attitude and poor patient service , tend to ban patients who complain about the service they receive .

Very nice people ... Dr Wexler is very nice ... Always has a smile..
